Moodle is terrible
We really didn't think it was possible. We thought user unfriendliness had peaked with Blackboard. Then we experienced Moodle. A mix of nonintuitive features and bad design, coupled with a confusing interface, Moodle represents all that can go wrong with web applications. And while there is a glimmer of hope in the fact that Moodle is open source--and thus heavily customizable--a lot of work will need to be done before it becomes a worthwhile program. Ultimately, students and teachers need a tool that actually makes technology do what it's supposed to do: make life easier. Moodle, in its current state, fails at this. We would suggest the administration strongly reconsider its decision to make it the sole content management system for campus starting Fall 2008.

Hahahaha, Moodle is worthwile for millions of people right now. I don't pretend it has no issues on interface stuff, but lot of work has been done and Moodle fulfills a great deal of accessibility standards right now for example, and you cannot say that about many webabs. (Continued…)
